Thanks for all your posts on here, I've been reading for months but just now posting. I'm a SoCal native with no Q heritage to speak of, but I've been Q'ing and smoking for about 10 years and love it. I have two 22" Weber Kettles and no dedicated smoker, but plan on buying one soon. The Weber Kettles have been treating me well though. My favorites are chickens, brisket, and beef ribs. Still have yet to try a pork shoulder.
