It was a long night for the butt. I had my MAK set on 225 for low and slow.
Pulled from the MAK at 0415.
The blade slid right out.
Hot steam hot steam.
Had my black knight bbq gloves on and the butt just pulled right apart.
Ready for the container.
Even my taste tester was whooped.
