I have heard pizza on the grill is good, so I thought I'd try a frozen one.  I used Jack's supreme.

I had some leftover parmesan cheese, so I threw some on to the pizza.

I also had some leftover proscuitto, so onto the pizza we go!

Today's secret weapon was Sustenance Black Beer by Short's Brewing Company.

When it was almost done, I remembered that I had some roasted garlic in the freezer that I had forgot to put in one of my fatties!

It's as good a time to use that as any!

While I was at it, I figured I might as well use some other leftovers.  Grilled artichokes & capers!  BAM!

After a little more time on the grill & some more parmesan cheese, it's ready to eat!  At least I thought so, but I was too greedy & burned my tongue a little.

All in all, not too bad for leftover grub.  Someone very wise once told me that you don't need to live like a king to eat like one...  Here's to you, dad!

I make pizza a least once a week and always make them on the grill. I started doing them that way about 5 years ago I would never do them in an oven again. Great flavor and the crust is always perfect.

I use a 4 burner grill. I turn the 2 right side burners on to medium high. I put the pizza on the left side and get the cheese melted and toppings hot. I then put it over medium direct heat so that the crust gets nice and crispy. I burnt too many crusts trying to get everything cooked when I kept it over direct heat before. They all come out perfect now.

We just did our first fresh pizzas on the grill, loved them, best we ever had. Temp is the biggest trick. We found medium direct heat on the gas grill got them done but not burnt.
What temp setting do you do frozen pies?
Thanks Tomm

I just kept the grill at the recommended temp for the frozen pizza.  The crust did turn out a little too crispy for my taste.  But, I think it was because I threw more toppings on and put it back on the grill.
