Hi everybody,

Brand new smoker here.  Saw an add for the cheepie Master Forge at Lowes and decided to give it a shot since I can't find decent Brisket around here.  Made a few mods I had read about on other sites before I found you guys and did my first real smoke today. (Found you guys between cheking the temps at the start of the smoke) 

I know I'm already in trouble for not posting any Q View but it turned out great anyway.

First Meat in the smoker was a nice Pork butt that stayed on for about 7 hours then rested in a cooler for about 2 more.

Pulled and served with the Carolina Red I found here and it went over HUGE.

Just wanted to say Hi, Thanks, and I'm looking forward to much, much more...With Q View of course.
