Hello all.. its your city slicking Q-Lover from Brooklyn, NY..  

My name is Demian and I have the

Char-Broil Silver Smoker

Electric Masterbuilt 30" 3tier Smoker...

Weber 24" One Touch bowl Charcoal Grill

I love brisket and ribs.. trying to bring that real style Q to the city and do have some resistance but it is slowly being accepted by my peers..
