Wally World had briskets for $1.74 per lb. I couldn't pass it up.

I rubbed with SPOG and tossed in the off-set at 1:52 this afternoon.

Here it is after 6 hrs of RO lump and pecan.

I dusted with a seasoning I'm working on for comp brisky's, added some beef broth and Moore's then tented with foil and it's back in the smoker as we speak.

I pulled it at 5:30 this morning with an IT of 200º.

It's been resting for the last three hours, More pics coming soon

Looks GREAT , I just pulled my first out a few sec's ago...I'll be posting pics and a report later , I have to get pix when I cut it , and hopefully it came out as good .
 
Here it is all sliced up.

It was a little more tender than I planned but I can live with that
