Just wanted to say hi and thank everyone for all the information shared on this website. I just picked up a Master Forge Propane smoker and have done chicken thighs, fatties, beer can chicken and today-my first ever pulled pork. I am hooked-and it's largely due to the information ya'll are sharing with us newbies.
