Found a cheap sause my wife loves.Kraft honey roasted garlic.I injected it into a chicken.

Found it on sale for a dollar .She done got 3 bottels while it was on sale.Been through 2 it's too strong on the garlic uncooked IMHO.Cooked it's realy good.
 
A man and his wife after my own heart. That looks soooo good. I never would have thought to inject

it with the actual sauce. I usually just inject a mix of melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder,

and white pepper (very small amounts).

Thanks you guys and gals for the kind words.Sorry still phone posting.Pictures suck but food was great.
 
I got tired of stuff stoping up my injector so i tryed it and it worked good.I still need to get a morter and pestel to beat down my spices and herbs so they dont get stuck.This place has made me want alot of cooking toys.Meat grinder ,stuffer,vacume sealer,food processor and AMZPS to name a few.
