I post a lot about chicken because I have loved it in most
every form since childhood, now that I'm smoking it, I just
can't put it down:
dinner last night: Chix of course, my own recipe for spoon bread and creamy mashed
cauliflower (the wife's request)
And then of course lunch today, simple sandwich and dorito's and onion dip, I did say
Tomorrow: my own chili recipe and ABT's.
BTW, I have scored some enormous jalapenos, most 5 inches in length. I would offer up this: if there is a really special stuffing you create and use, post it. I'll pick three recipes
and put them in action.
I'll let my wife choose the winner based on taste. I won't tell her
what's in it till she chooses her favorite. I hope there are folks that will participate...James
