I tried my first fattie after a good friend on here told me about it.  I rolled up some ground beef with fresh chives and rosemary, some jalapenos, chopped onions, and cheddar cheese. Enjoy the pics I know I enjoyed the fattie.

Well I'm glad that you like the fatties and they are like a welcoming present from SMF. This is usaully the first place that folks ever hear of them. Now a couple of words of advice thou. Firat use thin and cheap bacon it looked like you used thick bacon. It won't get done completely befor the fattie reaches temp. Second and I'm sure you found this one out when you sliced it. You should put more filling inside of it. The fattie is a great thing and a wonderful dish. Your does look awesome and I'm sure it tasted great.

Thanks for the advice. And yeah the bacon was a little thick, it was hard to wrap and a little under done but not to bad. Oh and it did need more filling.   To everyone else thanks for all the good words, I am sure you will see more of these from me, this got my creative wheels a turnin'
