I've got a few grill toys that I like to use. Two of my favs are a grill skillet and a grill pan. Both have holes that let in heat and smoke, but they will keep the food from falling into the charcoal. Here are some pics that I took showing the peppers and onions I used(some out of my garden), and the grill pans I used.

I sliced the boneless chicken thin and marinaded it for 24+ hours in Goya's, "Mojo Criollo" marinade. The vegetables were marinaded in a Chipotle pepper marinade that I found in my local grocery. They were grilled in separate pans until almost done, then combined in the deeper pan until finished. We ate this with some salsa and burrito wraps. Not bad at all.
