First thank you everyone for staying tuned in.  It was fun.  I learned so much from the experience. The next one I will change a few thing about the way I smoked this one.  Hopefully for the better.  So this brings to a conclusion the life of one unknown 10.l5 lbs brisket.  May we digest her in peace.

The flat.  Two meals from it for 4 people.  The first being sliced and the second ending up in some homemade chili that will get simmered for two days in the crock pot.

And the point.  When finished made 6 BIG Burnt End man size sandwiches and a few stolen off the platter before hand by all.
