Few months ago was a post of a steak in a roll and it was in my to do list .

so here it goe's

first i marinate the thin sliced fillet in wine garlic  and hot sauce for 2 hours

quick Frye in a non stick pan

preparing the rolls with perinas sauce (a mix of mayo few drops of vinegar and hot sauce ) and salad

a Frye egg

and i put it together

And for the Bear view

Oh Boy

That looks great, got to try that sometime.

 Ahh it got tomatoes,yellow and red peppers,radishes,cucumbers and Scallion   .it add a freshness to the Sammie
