Ribs have been on for an hour now. Snapping first pics at first spray of Apple Juice/Cider vinegar.

Always nice to have your best friend hang with you while you enjoy a beer and clamato... Both enjoying the awesome smell of the smoker!

Back in an hour or so....

Hour two!

Temps have been steady at 220-227 throughout the last hour. My ET-73 displayed 'HHH' about 45 minutes ago... A quick search on the net showed it was a faulty probe. Luckliy I had recently purchased a couple of 6 footers and was able to change it out right then.

         

Thundershowers have moved into the area, so much for enjoying the sun and smoker aroma's. 

Zoey is bummed also!

Back in another hour!

Well, the ribs are in foil... no pics prior as the storm was moving in fast

Gonna have to head out there and crank the smoker up a tad... its down to 190F.

Skies are lit up with lightening... wish me luck :)

Looking good, always great to see a smoking buddy. I can't remember last time I had a red beer just might have to make one up.
