These are not as awesome as the bacon cheese wings, but good anyway. I dusted and mixed with a wing seasoning from Con Yeager and put in the fridge overnight, then into smoker with some cheery chips at 250 for about 2 hours. They don't get crisp unless you put them on a hot grill or under a broiler but are not really rubbery.
