Hi! My name is Joe and I live in the Mid TN area. Just joined after spending countless hours reading your site... have to say this is a great resource and I have had a lot of fun soaking it all in. My main interest is sausage making but have branched out to ribs since looking around here. Will try the sausage when it gets a bit cooler out. My weapon of choice so far is an MES and Weber kettle grill. Just breaking them in really...next task is to learn how to post pics! Looking forward to joining in the community here. -beercheer.gif
