Okay everyone.  Here are images of my second smoke and let me tell you I cannot wait to eat.  Although I have yet to make any mods to my Char-Griller, I've been able to keep the temps at stable levels throughout the smoke.

I can't wait to eat!!!  More to come.....

Just unwrapped them and added some homemade suace to one and left the other dry.

Back in the smoker for one more hour.
