Spiced them up with a little S&P and some salt free organic spice mix from Costco.

Thanks, y'all.  I did it again the other night, but added a light dust of turbinado sugar to the skin.along with the Costco spice and S&P.  The skin was much crispier, so it got sliced up and added back to the pulled bird meat.
