I smoke mine at 250° I'll crisp them up in the oven since I dont't have a grill.
On the smoker at 250° about 1 1/2 hour + - , then in the oven at 400° for maybe 10-15 minutes, just until the skin starts to bubble.how long in the oven and how long on the smoker
