My name is jake, I am currently working on trying to make a 120 gallon reverse flow off-set bbq smoker anyone that could give me some advice I would appreciate it. I already bought a used 120g propane tank.  I actually like either wood or coal, preferably wood. I am doing this a project for the first time.
