Went in the smoker at 4:15 AM...this was taken at 10:45 when it reached 160....wrapped up now to finish the journey to about 195Pork BBQ 001.JPG

Hit 205* right at 10 hours (suprised me it went that fast).....still double wrapped in foil and wrapped in a towel and in the cooler til about 4 when family will be home...will post finished pic

I like a picnic roast for pulled pork.  It may not be as good as a sholder cut but it has great flavor to it.  just the muscle is a little denser and they can dry out esier.
