Troy, I have come to HATE the "OTHER WHITE MEAT" that has been bred to be TASTELESS!

BUT...Those look sooo Darn Good that I have to give Loin, just one more shot!

NICE WORK!...JJ

I have to agree about how they have altered modern pork.  I will only cook it if I have enough time to brine it.

I really want to try some of the more old-time traditional pork, but I have not pulled the trigger on that yet.

Thanks Whiskey . .  . that brand has received more comments.  It is really a fun way to "personalize" the food.

It is amazing how hot that sucker gets!  I have to use channel locks to hold it because the way the heat radiates up the handle.  Also, it came with a nice wooden box with the brand on the outside.

That should really come in handy in Texas, in case a Maverick happens to stroll by your cooking area.

You can throw a quick bulldog on him, and burn your mark on him!!!

Do they sell running irons too???

I know some of you guys down there throw a long rope & a wide loop.

Or maybe I just watch too many old Westerns????

Bear, this is the closest to throwing a rope I have gotten . . . working at Dell doesn't lend itself to the "cowboy way"

However, I can now honestly say that my wife will never forget me . . . I own here a** . . .

We were both going to do it, but she said it hurt too much, so I did not get branded
