I have been hard at it today!
Put K-Dogs BBB in the Mes with hickory and cherry pellets.
Sliced up 5 pounds of round and REVEOed twice. Put some in the MES and the rest in the dehydrator.
Cut up 10 big jalapenos and filled them with cheddar,home made andouille and wrapped with my bacon.
Chopped some wings and quick brined em and then covered with SPOG on all and hot sauce on mine.
The huge beef ribs were on sale at Winn Dixie.. SPOG and joined the wings and ABTs in the GURU rocking at 235 WSM loaded with Kingsford blue.
The jerky is getting swapped around a few times to get some smoke.
The BBB went in at 7am...still in and smoking at 115.
