Let them go for 3 hours.
Then wrapped them in Saran wrap & foil with butter, honey, dark beer, & a little more of Jeff's rub. Let them cook for 2 more hours.
So you keep them in the plastic wrap and then foil them before placing them back on smoke? Ive never seen that one done. I only foiled and never re wrapped them in plastic wrap. Im assuming the lower heat doesnt melt the plastic wrap lol. I will have to try this on my next BBR's
