In honor of the holiday, I'm doing a big smoke for friends. Brisket, ribs, chicken, and chili are on the menu. Enjoy the Qview. I'll update as I smoke.
Used a new rub recipe that I'm trying out.

Rub for both ribs and brisket:
Texas Chili - Ingredients and during simmering:
Smoking begins tomorrow at about 5am. Gonna add a whole chicken which is getting brined, rubbed, and beer can smoked as well. I'll update with QView. ENJOY THE 4TH!! :sausage::usa:
