11 Hours in Smoker, pork running around 157. Few more hours then some awesome pulled pork.... It has a nice bark on the outside right now, just sprayed down with apple juice.

Yes it is, we picked it the morning of the 4th. We have planted 3 different picking this year... Ought to have another ready in August and the last one about Labor Day..
