The start of our lunch for the 4th.. Getting the Butts ready to go in smoker tonight..

Will keep you posted as we move along on tthe meal... Headed out to the garden for Sweet Corn & Peppers..
 
11 Hours in Smoker, pork running around 157. Few more hours then some awesome pulled pork.... It has a nice bark on the outside right now, just sprayed down with apple juice.

Yes it is, we picked it the morning of the 4th. We have planted 3 different picking this year... Ought to have another ready in August and the last one about Labor Day..
