Got a butt to do for my wifes side 4th picnic on Monday

CT and a 9lb butt.

Made a rub combo of Head country/Salt Lick dry rub.

Applied CT all sides. Covered bowl with clear wrap and now if fridge for putting on my MAK tomorrow.

Got my remote going. Smoke for 2 hours then going to 225.

That looks awsome. How do you like the Mak? I live in oregon and drive by thier shop all the time and have been thinking about getting one.

If your looking for an American made pellet grill then the MAK is for you. Yeah i know $$ but i have not had any problems with it. My Traeger and GMG have had many issues. My MAK is an early one serial #48, I think they are over 500 right now and going fast.

Tell Bob & Kerrie (owners) and Bruce that you seen Ricks MAK going strong. I was there at the MAK shop this past Nov. Have known the MAK gang for a few years.
