I need to cook three large slabs of ribs a head of time for a party and I do not have enough room in the cooler. Can I freeze them and heat them up later?
If you are only cooking them a day or two ahead of the BBQ just put them in the fridge. I would only freeze them if you are planning on cooking them over 5 days before your event.
