I just finished my last batch of habanero, se of courserrano, jalapeno and cayenne peppers. With smoke of course!

How long do you smoke them for? I'm a pepper guy too, this would be a great way to save some for the winter months.

What temperature? Pretty low I'm guessing, like 125-150 degrees?
