Have two flats in the smoker started at 8 am it is now 1 pm thought it would be ready to foil. It is 140 right now hope it will be done soon

Grabbed a 4lb flat today too!  Got it rubbed and chilling in the fridge gonna start mine tonight for an evening smoke...good luck with yours

That's 5 hours to 140, your pushing the limit if you probed or injected it at the start.
