first saturday off in about four months so i need to have a serious smoke tomorrow and hope to get some meat sweats by the end of the night

gonna start the day with some thighs, got em marinading in blueberry yogurt to add a nice sweet flavor to the meat   also a blue color appropriate for the thin blue

next course will be some gizzards  around mid afternoon   ill eat most and will use some for a gizzard fattie

Great !  That reminds me---I haven't had gizzards for years!!!!!

I don't even want to say my first thoughts when I read "Blueberry Thighs"!!!
