blueberry thighs, added blue view,

first saturday off in about four months so i need to have a serious smoke tomorrow and hope to get some meat sweats by the end of the night


gonna start the day with some thighs, got em marinading in blueberry yogurt to add a nice sweet flavor to the meat   also a blue color appropriate for the thin blue

here they are marinating in a nice blueberry bath

next course will be some gizzards  around mid afternoon   ill eat most and will use some for a gizzard fattie

marinading in a nice hot mixture of moho and scotch bonnets

then for dinner i picked up this sweet deal!!!!!

got her rubbed down for the night and into the fridge for the night

gonna watch the COWBOYS on tv now and get up nice and early

Great !  That reminds me---I haven't had gizzards for years!!!!!

heres some final pics

had a helper early in the morning just watching



off the smoker   look at that blueberry color



here they are with a little sauce off the grill









i threw some pecans in also covered with hot curry powder and cinnamon and sugar





heres the gizzards, you guys were right on they were soft as pulled pork the ones in the middle were fork split  no knife needed





that was my day
