Three very good friends of mine sent a Snake River Farms Kurobuta Bone In Shoulder for the smokeout this weekend.

Looks small in the pic but this bad boy is 14.20 lbs.

Got some rubs to mix together.

Very little trimming. Washed off good now ready for some CYM and Rub

4 am for you and the briskys.
