NICE bark on the wrapped brisket! Both look awesome, but the wrapped brisket looks like it'd be at the next level of tenderness!

How did they taste? Big time difference? Wrapped more tender?? Really surprised the paper didn't catch fire. Nice work--looks awesome!

Even with the miracle of photography, I can't see a difference in the two Briskies !!!

From here they both look Awesome !!!!

And I'm closer than most people.
