Does anyone know of a remote digital therm with a minimum temp alarm?  I am going to do some all night cooking and dont want to sleep through my pit cooling off too much.  I dont really want to wake up every hour either.  Thanks in advance.

Wow, thanks for the quick resonses.  I will check it out.  Here are a couple Q views from a recent cook.  16 butts.  16 hours.

Even though I joined a year ago, I have not spent much time on the forum yet.  Who is
Todd?  How do I know which seller is his?

Thanks for all the responses.  (My first attempt at respnding is being reviewed).

Is that link provided above the link for Todd's sales? I want the pellet version but didn't think they were available to us mortal smokers yet. Ready for one if they are ready to ship.

Thanks. I had been to that site but then became worried that it might not be Todd's sales site. I'm a newbie ... no wait, I'm a Fire starter!

I still don't see mention about pellets there yet, nor mention about shipping being free though it seems that it is from what I have read aound here.

Got it.  Will order from there.  Thanks to all for help.

I tried to post some Q view on a previous post.  Apparently I havent hit the minimum yet.

Alaskan and I have both given you links to Todds site.  He is also a valued member of this forum.  His customer service is second to none.  Besides that, he is a pretty good guy.  LOL

Good luck and good smoking.

Sorry.  When I first looked at your link I thought it said Amazon.com.  I already had Amazon open, So I just searched for it.  That is why I asked how I would know he was the seller.  Glad I did not order from there until I understood that it was Amazen.  I alwaays try to support the locals when possible.
