after a long time my friend just arrived today from Ohio and brought me my A-MAZE-N just on time for my salami smoking

my new A-MAZE-N up and runing

3 hours down at 125 F

a good burn i don't know why it jumped but it is OK it is going to be a long night see you tomorrow.

Out of the smoker to rest and then in to the fridge till tomorrow

Nepas can probably help you with the separation inside there.

I would guess it wasn't packed tight enough, but that might not be what caused it.
