Chicken Thighs Smoked with Plum Wood -- Q-View

Spotted these on special for 0.89 cents/lb and couldn't pass them up. Salt, Pepper, & plum wood smoke.

250* smoker temp, taking them to their destiny: 165* IT and our bellies!!!!

The Money Shot...

Some noodles and homemade apple sauce made a really nice, simple meal this evening. Thanks for looking!

A friend removed her plum tree, and I claimed a pile of it. Being a woodworker means I'm never at a loss for wood chips and chunks for smoking. I just make my own! Thumbs Up

Thighs are my Favorite part of the whole bird. I could eat that whole plate!!!! I just picked up whole chickens on sale for .69 a pound. Smoking s couple today for a nice summer dinner by the pool!!! Qview in another thread
