Ok,

I'm pretty much following Bearcarver's step by step instructions (Thanks in advance) for the cook. I'm using my own rub and I will finish with my Honey Chipotle Glaze/mop whatever we wanna call it for the last 30 minutes, but other than that no deviation.

30 minutes into the smoke we had a huge storm cell move through so I frantically shut her down and moved the smoker to the garage but after that it has been pretty drama free. I will start posting a few pics in a bit soon as I read how to get them on here.

I have a feeling I will be spending alot more time in my garage if this is where I decide the smoker needs to stay

Family loved it, only 2 1/2 ribs made it out alive and had my oldest teenager been home they would have never made it, not too shaby for the first time smoking on the MES. Again thanks goes out to Bearcarver for his easy to follow step by step instructions
