I am in need of a solid dual probe meat wireless thermometer.  One with a very long range.

So far I have purchased the Maverick Industries ET-73 and the Maverick ET-7

The range on both of these are inadequate.  Any suggestions?

Put an antenna on the transmitter.

If that doesn't extend the range sufficiently, put one on the receiver.

If that doesn't work well enough, buy a new ET-732 from Todd Johnson. Shipping's FREE!

I bought my ET-732 from Todd and am very happy with it... I have yet to loose signal and I have a basement with nothing but concrete and dirt around me and still works great down in the cave. I only wish the probes had a little longer cord so I could get in every corner of my smoke house. Get the smoked cheese out.. I'm whining. Smokin - K
