Bacon Wrapped Chix Breast Rolled w/ MH, Ham, Green Chile, and Cheese

Saw a chicken roll the other day, that reminded me of these little morsels.

Chick Breast, some cheap ham, and some canned whole green chiles. Put a sprinkle of MH with some seasoning salt.

These things were monsters.

Used a little bit of my rub to season bacon for some added sweetness

I used some Kingsford comp (about 1 chimney full), and cherry wood chips. Also had some O'douls Amber from when my wife was pregnant, so I figured I'd put it to use.

MH is short for Mad Hunky. It's a general purpose rub

What a great combo of flavors!!! And Rich's rub is good stuff.

Now that is a great way to cook chicken breasts.

After I saw TD's post last night I jumped in the car and went and bought some chicken, ham and bacon. I rushed home, threw some together and had them on the grill by 7:00 and off at 8:30. LOL! I don't think I have ever done that before. Man were they good. I used provolone cheese and a lot of it. Thanks again TD! You rock!

Yea, the Mad Hunky is really, really good! I like to rub it all over me. laugh1.gif
