Just finished up slicing and bagging. I ended up with 14 bags plus what we ate yesterday plus some in the fridge.

These pics are all of the second batch that was smoked to 148. It was a bit tougher to slice than the first batch but not bad once chilled in the fridge overnight.

I really enjoy making this awesome stuff but I'm glad its done, lol.  One day maybe I'll get a slicer!

Then you won't be able to say it was tough to slice!

Looks great!

Congrats on a great cure & smoke, gersus!!!!!  I'm loving my BBB so much that I already have a second round in the cure as I type!  Woo Hoo!!!!!

Awesome! Thx for the replies!

When I was slicing I would put the end pieces and little chunks in a bag. When I finished I divided them up and sealed them into four bags. Earlier this week we fixed up a pan of brown beans and I threw in some of those pieces instead of using ham. OMG! It was REALLY good.  I want to cook up some more beans! I'll be adding some to green beans as well.
