Weber One Touch Kettle Gold " Missing Lid Hanger "

Hi everyone. I just received my Weber One Touch Gold Kettle grill. It seems to be missing the Hanger that should be build into the lid that lets you rest it against the side of the kettle. Does anyone have a gold model and can confirm this is standard feature. I'm having no luck with calling the techs at weber. They can't seem to understand what i'm taking about and are getting confused with the lid hold attachment.
