On the way home from work i stopped at my butcher to buy lag of lamb the jacobtiathread made me hungry.
so i left with a lag of lamb, prime rib, neck meat for something i don't know what yet will see.
got home cut out the ribs and the small piece of meat between rib eye and the ribs. salt crush pepper and to the grill it go's
In the meantime my wife made potatoes wages in olive oil garlic and hot chili in the oven
And that what is left
The leg of lamb gone in to a marinade of wine garlic and crush pepper .i will do it tomorrow
there are more ribs for next time.
