  Nice job on cleaning it up and some good looking meat. It may need 6 or 8 or 12 more smokes to be properly seasoned!

Wow and Wow --- Nice job all around. Food and smoker look great. I can't wait to try some garlic !! I think maybe mixing some of that into my pulled pork might be interesting.
