My plan worked, I got my Prime Rib for my birthday a 15lber
I cut into 2 roasts(for me) and 4 steaks for the wife and kids.
Vac sealed 1 roast for later, But this one has a date with the smoker
Rubbed with the basic Salt, onion powder, minced garlic, black pepper, and a little CRP.
Smoked with RO lump and pecan @ 210º
Pulled at internal temp of 140º, I wanted pull it at 135º but i was busy and it went past it.
It actually was darn good at 140º
All rested and sliced for dinner, Nice and rare without bleeding.
Served up with a twice smoked potato, some veggies with a (home grown) tomato, and (home made) yeast rolls.
The rolls were so good i hade to throw in a pic.
WOW, I allmost forgot some Bearview..
It was Great!
