Everything looks great....love that beer can chicken, however I drink the beer then use lemonade in the cans while smoking, also mist with lemonade.

As for the where to find the chicken stands, I got mine at the big orange box (Home Depot) and if your going to get one, might as well get two and use them both at the same time. One to eat on the day of, and one for chicken salad, chicken/pasta salad, chicken pot pie...etc, you get the picture. I always cook 2 at a time and if the wife doesn't want to make any of those things in the next few days, well then in the freezer for when she does.

Do you smoke them as peeled hard boiled eggs, or after they've been halved and filled? I wouldn't think mayo would take to the heat too well.
