Mixing some hot summer sausage today, stuffing into cloth bags. Smoke tomorrow.

This pic is after the cleaning of my equipment and the SS is in the fridge......Sorry got the posts backwards.

The SS will get smoked tomorrow. We were at the Hospital after i did the SS to visit daughter and new grandson.

Finally got around to posting the $ of the SS

The small collagen SS

Cut the end off the bag so i could look before vac bagging.

We sold our hot tub so the gazebo is home to a few of my toys
