Now wrap it and let it get juicy and happy.

That looks great Nepas - I think you might be happier with the gazebo  if you also did a couple of sides with Plexiglas inside the lattice and allowed them to swing open and shut for those windy days. Did that with a Spa we had when I lived in a wind tunnel and it worked real nice

Nice Turkey Boulder, NEPAS !!!

Great place for you & your toys too!!!!

I'll agree that you should get something to break the wind too.

Thanks for the views,

Bear

Them bears are cutting wind again....HA

Getting ready to cut the baby boulder.

You can see where the meat glue was used here to bond the dark to white meat. Done to keep moist.

Going to be good cut into a salad.

What did you use for meat glue. Activa RM?

If'n y'all run out of Gorilla Glue-----Transglutaminase (TG or TGase), better known as “Meat Glue".

Just so you know, I have used Gorilla Glue on a few Bears, so it isn't only for gluing gorillas!!!!

Bear

Activa is just a brand name of TG.  Activa comes with several different letter suffixes for different meats and processes.

No-No-No!

My Bears all have stress relief cuts in the back, so they can't possibly build up any pressure.

BTW: I did not high-jack this thread. I'm replying to NEPAS (the originator of this thread).

Bear

The work you do is fantastic.

I was down your way this afternoon.

Great Job Rick!

Do the pellets in the pan burn up or just slowly smolder?

I have something that would work PERFECTLY in your Meadow Creek Grill
