You know me and left-overs  i can not throw good food . so there is from Friday night Pulled Beef .

sounds  good for breakfast first warm up a tortilla  and some Pulled beef

i Made  an Omelet with hot chili paste (very very  hot)  put the beef on the tortilla with some ketchup

put the Omelet on the beef cover it with Cheddar cheese

under the grill it gos for few seconds for the cheese to melt  and to the table  it gos . served with Nepas hot salsa (thanks Napas)

That is a great looking breakfast. I would have to eliminate one ingredient though. I hate ketsup with a passion but the rest of the plate looks mighty tasty
